Life without enzymes

Can you or can you not live without enzymes?

There is no life without enzymes!
Most enzymes are proteins responsible for thousands of bio-chemical reactions and functions in the body like:
  • help repair your DNA
  • help digest and metabolize the food (otherwise it will ferment and putrefy in the digestive tract causing disease and a breathing ground for bacteria and parasites)
  • repair and prevent wrinkles
  • help you loose weight
  • rebuilt your blood
  • decrease bloating, gas and constipation
  • keep you younger and vibrant
  • help slow down the aging process

You are born with a huge reserve of enzymes, but as you age, that reserve naturally diminishes.

How do you ensure proper enzyme intake?

Eat raw foods with your cooked foods. Enzymes are destroyed at 118 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw foods have plenty of enzymes and will help you digest your meals creating healthy intestinal environment.

If your digestion is compromised , take an enzyme supplement with your meals. The goal is to restore your digestive fire, so until you do, those supplements are necessary for healing and detoxification. Once you
heal, you might take one with your major meal and slowly wean off.

Anyone with any autoimmune diseases, Leaky gut syndrome, food sensitivities or anyone consuming mostly cooked foods should be taking dietary enzyme supplements daily.

The supplements consist of various enzymes designed to break down large molecules into smaller ones, easily absorbed and utilized as fuel and energy by our body. You need a different enzyme to break down fats, proteins, fibers.
